This section provides detailed troubleshooting steps for resolving issues that may occur during the Sign Up with Email process in the LOFT App.


1. Unable to Sign Up or Submit Form

Possible Causes

  • Weak or no internet connection.
  • Required fields (Email, Password, Confirm Password) left empty.
  • Invalid email format or mismatched passwords.

Steps & Solutions

  1. Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
  2. Verify all form fields are properly filled:
    • Enter a valid email address (e.g., user@example.com).
    • Ensure Password and Confirm Password fields match exactly.
  3. Create a strong password containing:
    • At least 8 characters
    • Uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Numbers and symbols
  4. Close and reopen the LOFT app, then try signing up again if the issue persists.
2. Verification Email Not Received

Possible Causes

  • Delay from the email server.
  • Email filtered into Spam, Promotions, or Important folders.
  • Incorrect email entered during signup.

Steps & Solutions

  1. Wait 2–5 minutes and refresh your email inbox.
  2. Check these folders:
    • Inbox
    • Spam / Junk
    • Promotions / Important
  3. If it’s still not found, open the LOFT app and try signing up again from the login screen.
  4. Verify that the email address entered is correct and active.
3. Verification Link Not Working

Possible Causes

  • Link has expired.
  • Link was already used once.
  • Browser or network issue while opening the link.

Steps & Solutions

  1. Ensure you are clicking the latest verification link sent to your email.
  2. If the link doesn’t work or shows as expired, just go back to the LOFT app and request a new one from the login screen.
  3. Open the link using a standard browser (Chrome, Safari).
  4. Avoid opening the link in incognito/private mode, as cookies might be blocked.
4. Login Not Working After Verification

Possible Causes

  • Account not fully verified.
  • Incorrect password entry.
  • App cache or temporary system error.

Steps & Solutions

  1. Confirm your email verification is complete by trying to log in again.
  2. Double-check your email and password (case-sensitive).
  3. Use Forgot Password if you suspect an incorrect password.
  4. If it still doesn’t work:
    • Close and relaunch the LOFT app.
    • Clear the app cache from your device settings (Android only).
    • Try logging in again.
5. App Freezes or Crashes During Signup

Possible Causes

  • Outdated app version.
  • Low storage or memory on device.
  • Corrupted app cache or installation issue.

Steps & Solutions

  1. Close and reopen the LOFT app.
  2. Check for and install any available app updates from Play Store or App Store.
  3. Make sure your device has a minimum of 200 MB of available storage.
  4. If the problem continues:
    • Uninstall and reinstall the LOFT app.
    • Attempt the signup again.
6. Multiple Attempts or Repeated Requests
  • If you try signing up or performing the same action multiple times in a short period, your account might get temporarily blocked for security reasons.

  • Avoid hitting the same request repeatedly.

  • Wait for 2–3 hours before trying again.

  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable before reattempting.

7. Server-Side or Maintenance Issues
  • Sometimes, you may face issues due to server-related problems, such as:

  • Server capacity overload.

  • Scheduled or unscheduled server maintenance.

  • In these cases, please try again after some time.


Additional Notes

  • Email verification is mandatory before login.
  • Always use a valid and accessible email address.
  • Avoid creating multiple accounts with the same email.
