Delete Device Data

This guide explains how to Delete Device Data using the Loft App.

⚠️ Keep in mind: To Delete Device, the device must already be installed. If don't know how to install a device so click here.

Steps to Delete Device Data​

  1. Open the Loft App

    • Navigate to the Room where your Device is installed.

  2. Locate the Device

    • Locate the Device which you want to Delete and click on the three dots ⁝ icon.

  1. Open Edit Menu
    • A Settings Menu popup will appear with multiple options.
    • Tap on Clear Device Data.

  1. Confirmation
    • Note: Clearing device data will keep the device in the network and will only remove the local device data.
    • Click on Remove to confirm delete device data.
